Where can I park to visit your brick-and-mortar stores?

• The most frequently used is metered street parking around Grand Rapids (which is free on the weekends with a few exceptions; see more on that here).
• Monroe Center Ramp: The 1st hour is free, then it is $2 / 30 minutes (enter off of Ionia St.)
• Residence Inn Grand Rapids Hotel: $2.50 / hour (enter off of Louis St.)
• Ottawa Fulton St. Ramp: $2 / 30 minutes (enter off of Ottawa St.)

What is Third Thursday?

We’re so glad you asked! Third Thursday is an event that many businesses in downtown Grand Rapids participate in. Every 3rd Thursday of the month, participating businesses have extended hours to catch the after-work crowd. Oh, Hello has a Craft Club in the evening, which runs from 5 pm to 8 pm. Courage & Soar hosts a Drop Party, which features a brand new collection of products based on a designated theme, a fun activity, and free stickers!

What and when is Craft Club?

Every 3rd Thursday of the month, Oh, Hello hosts a craft club in the back of the store. It’s open-house style between 5 pm and 8 pm. We provide the supplies for a chosen craft, so you can just show up and participate! Donations are not required, but it helps us continue to offer events like this. You’re also welcome to bring your own craft to work on and hang out with fellow crafty folk. 

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 5 business days.

Orders may take longer than expected ship times if we've recently had a sale or an influx of orders. Since all of our products are made to order, we really appreciate your patience!

How can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

You can find us on Faire; click here to be redirected! If you are interested in ordering outside of Faire, drop us an email at ohhellogr@gmail.com with what items you’d like to order, the quantity, and the deadlines. We’ll work something out as well as provide a bulk discount depending on quantity.

Can I place custom orders?

We are currently not accepting any custom requests for stickers, but if you’d like to place a custom bulk order, email us at ohhellogr@gmail.com so we can discuss the project.
